Tiger Supplies stocks over 10,000 products across the Crownlea Group depot network, so most orders are dispatched quickly. This page sets out our charges, services, and what to expect.

Delivery charges

Standard delivery charges apply to orders shipped within mainland UK at our published rates. Delivery charges may vary depending on the contents of your basket — in particular, orders containing non-stock or special-order items may carry different carriage charges to standard stocked-line orders (see Non-stock and special order items below).

If you have an account or contract with us, your individual agreement may set different delivery rates or terms. Please refer to your account terms or speak to your account manager.

  • Mainland UK: Standard delivery to most addresses.
  • Surcharge postcodes: Scottish Highlands and remote areas may incur additional charges, including AB, FK, IV, KA, KW, PA, PH, DD and KY postcodes. Contact our sales office for a quote.
  • Small order charge: Orders under £75.00 are subject to a small order charge.
  • Northern Ireland: Charges vary by location — please contact our sales office.
  • Republic of Ireland: We no longer deliver to ROI.

Delivery service

Our delivery service operates Monday to Friday, 8:00am–5:30pm, excluding bank holidays.

Lead Times Are Estimates, Not Guarantees

Despatch and delivery dates are calculated as accurately as possible at the point of order. However, all delivery timeframes are indicative and are not guaranteed.

Once goods leave our premises they are in the hands of third-party couriers, and circumstances outside our reasonable control can affect delivery, including but not limited to:

  • Courier service failures, delays, or vehicle issues
  • Adverse weather
  • Traffic, road closures, and access restrictions
  • Supplier or stock availability changes on non-stock lines
  • Incorrect, incomplete, or inaccessible delivery addresses

If your order is time-critical, contact our sales office before placing it so we can advise on the most reliable option for your location and goods.

Non-stock And Special Order Items

Lead times on non-stock, bespoke, or special-order items vary depending on supplier schedules. These items may also be subject to:

  • Different carriage charges to standard stocked-line orders
  • Minimum order quantities
  • Supplier-specific delivery windows

We will confirm an estimated despatch date and any applicable charges when your order is processed and notify you of any change.

Where an order contains both stock and non-stock items, the whole order is held until complete unless a split delivery is agreed in advance.

Split Deliveries

By default we ship orders complete to reduce packaging and emissions. If you need part of an order urgently, contact the sales office to arrange a split delivery — this cannot be selected through the website.

Packaging

All orders are picked and packed using our bar-coded shipping system for accuracy, with recycled packaging as standard. Deliveries are made by electronically tracked vehicles.

Delivery charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g. wrong or damaged goods).
