Shell Material
ABS
Common thermoplastic material with a high strength-to-weight ratio and a rubbery additive for impact resistance.
HDPE
Polythene thermoplastic made from petroleum, a common polymer with a wide variety of applications.
POLYAMIDE
One of the most commonly used synthetic polymers with additives, employed for good temperature resistance.
RECYCLABLE
Shell manufactured from materials which are 100% recyclable.
Ventilation
VENTED
Allows hot air to escape from holes in the shell of the helmet to decrease temperatures.
NON VENTED
Suitable for workers in an environment with exposed electrical cables.
Peak Style
STANDARD PEAK
Standard-sized peak suitable for general wear.
SHORT PEAK
Reduced length peak for improved vision when working at height on close quarters.

SLIP RATCHET
A sliding ratchet adjustment option.
WHEEL RATCHET
A twistable ratchet adjustment option.
Harness Options
4 POINT
A harness which attaches to the hard hat in 4 points.
6 POINT
A harness which attaches to the hard hat in 6 points.
8 POINT
A harness which attaches to the hard hat in 8 points.
Harness Material
HDPE
Polythene thermoplastic made from petroleum, a common polymer with a wide variety of applications.
LDPE
Commonly used flexible polymer that forms well to the head.
POLYAMIDE
One of the most commonly used synthetic polymers with additives, employed for good temperature resistance.
TEXTILE
A flexible material which moulds to the individual shape of the wearer’s head.
EN Standards
Our safety helmets conform to a variety of international standards including
EN14052 Standard - This standard indicates the safety helmet is a high-performance industrial safety helmet with side protection and that it has been designed for the highest risk environments.
All the helmets conforming to this standard have been tested. Tests include a 100 Joule impact to the top of the safety helmet and a 50-joule side impact. Penetration testing is also required by a “blade” striker being dropped from 2.5m.
EN 397 Standard - Helmets that conform to this standard meet the mandatory shock absorption and penetration requirements. Tests include a 50-joule crown impact. There is no side impact test.
Bespoke Options
Personalise your protective Safety Helmet with embossed images and logos. Apply your company logo or create your own bespoke message to fit across a number of locations on most Hard Hats. Ideal for improving easy identification of key members of staff in an emergency and providing clear and direct advertising space.
